    Pallisade Hops

    Whats the heads up on Pallisade hops .What style brew would they suit and /or work with other hop types. Got a Coopers can, steeping grains and some liquid and dry malts in stock. Cheers.

    Feral White

    Just brought a sixer of Feral white .Made in the good ol Swan Valley. Belgian white brewed with 50% barley 50% wheat authentic belgian yeast and orange and coriander. Nice drop bit in ya face orange. Must drop in for a visit when im down that way next. Anybody got a preview?
