    1. The nukatap mini is rad. Looking forward to trying it out. 2. A page that listed all the new products from the past month would be good.

Yeah, just set the first stage for the number of hours until you want it to start heating and set the temp for a little below room temp. It costs you one stage, but I've never needed them all.

@KegLand-com-au - Any plans to release an updated Fermzilla cone gasket that would covert older Fermzillas to tri-clamp?

Sounds great. Looking forward to it.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I like my collapsible table because I only brew once a month (two batches, partigyle), and so I like packing everything away the other 29-30 days of the month. But people with a dedicated brewing space (and who probably brew more frequently) would probably prefer something more stable. But...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I second collapsible. I currently use a collapsible table. It certainly helps reduce the overall (permanent) footprint needed for brewing, and allows me to set up my 35L in different spots. A collapsible table designed for brewing and pulley attachment would great.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@KegLand-com-au - Thank you for your response on oxygen exposure.....but are you saying fermzilla (all-rounder) > keg (because o-ring) > glass carboy (because bung) for storage over 3-4 months?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I would also suggest a corny keg; I just skipped it because he said he didn't want to use one.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Seems like a bad fit and use for a fermzilla for 6-12 months. Fermzillas are very good for a specific purpose and that's not it. I would primary in fermzilla and get glass carboy for long term storage.

Does using enhancer lower the ABV?

Do the kits you are using say what yeast is included? If fermentable sugar is in there, then the yeast should convert it. Different yeasts operate (well) within set temperature and abv ranges. If you just want to drive up abv, add some sugar or extra dme to the boil next time, but the...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

If I use the new heavy duty false bottom in the older model Brewzilla 3.1.1, I believe it will sit a bit higher and keep the malt pipe resting on the top wire. But is the new heavy duty false bottom strong enough to just set the malt pipe directly on it (without the support of the top wire)?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

It would be great to be able to tie different mashing steps and brewing processes directly to the resulting changes in gravity. It would give homebrewers even more data to argue over.

Burleigh Twisted Palm - hops for orange, mango, papaya flavour?

I found this article with comments from the brewer. He mentions Pandanus. Not sure if that was as an actual ingredient or just inspiration. https://www.beerandbrewer.com/burleigh-brewing-twisted-palm-pure-gold/

    Wheat beer yeast options

I brewed a Hefeweizen using M20 last month. Very pronounced banana flavor. Good body. I prefer it over WB-06 for a Hefeweizen (though I do like WB-06 for other types of wheat beers).

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I guess even if the refractometer could be integrated, it would drive up the cost of the brewzilla for a feature many people wouldn't really want. Since you just need a few drops of wort, having it separate and bluetooth connected probably makes more sense.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Could a refractometer be built-in to just take readings of the wort inside the brewzilla? Maybe that's too lazy. But it would be fun to track the gravity continuously while brewing.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Wow, that's much higher than I was expecting. Oh, and on your last point - it's probably fine to store beer at room temp for a week or so (while carbing or uncarbed), but storing in a cool or refrigerated place after that will help preserve it longer (especially lighter beers). -and I don't...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@MrFrosty - If you calculate the priming sugar amount properly, you should be fine carbing in the 8L polymer kegs. I actually can't find their PSI or Bar rating online, but it's certainly enough for bottle conditioning at normal levels. If you ferment under pressure, I very much suggest...
