I had to force carb a keg recently. It had been on serving pressure for a fortnight and when i drank it it was flat. I increased pressure to 40 psi and rolled the keg on its side for 3 minutes and it was fine to drink. I'm unsure of why it didnt carb initially as i have been using this method...
