    Strange Smells When Cleaning Fermenter

    Cleaned out the fermenter last weekend after doing a twocan stout. An unpleasant aroma was wafting around as I was hosing it out... kinda remeniscent of steamy dog turds.     Coopers Dark X2

    Hi there, Has anyone tried using 2 cans of coopers dark ale? Any other additions come to mind? I'm thinking of a smooth dark beer, almost stout like, for next winter. Clem :chug:
