    dry malt versus liquid malt

    kind of a newbie question. Is there any distinct advantages using liquid malt over dry malt or visa versa? Or can they be interchanged at certain ratios?

    Kelvinator freezer removal

    Just picked up an old school kelvinator fridge to use as a fermenting fridge! Has anybody had success in removing the freezer section??? If I can remove it I will be able to fit two Fermentors in it. Temperature control is now in reach!!! Cheers
