    Do I Bottle?

    Ok, I have a melomel that was put down towards the end of last year. The SG reading is 1.000, however it has little gas bubbles still rising in the demijon...which once poured flatten out rather quickly. It still tastes rather nice. Do I bottle?

    Just wondering if when adding hops pellets to the brew (for fermentation) should I bag it up? Also what type of bag should I use?
