Gday Grinder, Bummer your not filtering as expected ! Explain you filter/ferment process, and i'm sure your prob can be solved. The colour of you grain has a neg effect on you filtering process ( not clarity anyway ) Wheat, well you only have a tad in there anyway. No need for back-flush etc...

I saw a program recently about a Dr (csiro i think) who tested plastic container use in ' Microwave Ovens '. His final conclusion was: Avoid the el-cheapo 'chinese take-away' container, and everything else available on the market was safe. So,....... hope the 'micro waves' are safe too ;)
