    1-1/4" locknut

What, Panzergewinde? It's a bugger of a thing to find, because so few people have ever heard of it, all you get is, "It doesn't quite match any of the thread gauges. Sorry mate, can't help you."

    BILSONS Portello cordial

If you just put sugar (carbonation drop), alcohol and cordial in a bottle there won't be any yeast present to convert the sugar into carbonation. I suspect your problem relates to the temperature of the liquid you are trying to carbonate. What alcohol are you using?

Allen key or a socket would be better than a screwdriver. Or make the yellow handle removable, with a retaining cable to attach it to the body of the blowtie itself. If you do this, make whatever you use as the drive at the bottom of the removable handle is a standard size (e.g. 6mm hex...

Put a carb cap in the connector, and apply pressure from the regulator. Be warned this will spray beer. Has beer made it into the regulator?

Ah, the good old days. There's a reason nearly everyone used to use a gravity system -- nobody could afford a pump!

Closed transfer into keg with a coupler

Sorry, I meant a counter flow transfer. As beer flows from liquid-liquid connection, gas flows the other way in a closed loop. Rather than forcing the transfer using gas pressure and venting to atmosphere.

Is there a reason you're not doing a closed transfer?

    Chiller Plate

Also, remember that there's a lot of latent heat tied up in the ice. I.E. it takes a lot more energy to melt ice, compared to raising the temperature of ice. For example: It would take ~100kJ to heat a 5kg bag of ice (from the servo) from -10°C to 0°C. It would take ~1750kJ to melt the same...

    $12 Schooners

That's what has always bugged me with alcohol excise. The end product is taxed differently depending on what feedstock the sugar is derived from. I can live with different purchase sizes being taxed differently (6 pack versus slab, etc). Why is wine taxed differently from beer or spirits...

Sounds great 👍. Will it be one huge page that loads at once? Or one that loads additional products automatically when you reach the bottom of the page? Or a number of pages, click for the next one when you reach the bottom (like this forum)?
