can you make saw dust into beer?

Yes it is the major source of what in most countries would be GNS or grain neutral alcohol, which is just bulk cheap 96% cleanish vodka/neutral. A lot of distilleries use it as it's cheaper than producing it themselves for a lot of products.

    Chilli! All Things Chillies.

That urge is natural. Do not be confused or upset about it, it's just the way things are supposed to be. Do not let family members tell you there is something wrong with you, if they don't like the food they can cook there own. Don't be put off by the kids complaining about the ice cream or...

2013 Hop Plantations, Show Us Your Hop Garden!

I reckon you could sell those boxes. They could be lined with the plastic bin liners that fruit farmers use, they are tough plastic, come on a roll and are about 1M x 1M x 1M. Punch a few drainage holes in the bottom and that would sell locally for you for the Vic hops guys at least. Be god for...

Not in the slightest. I am quickly drinking myself to death. Also took enough drugs in my youth to kill River Pheonix four times over. Fought and ****** and rode motorcycles all my life. Don'tGiveAFlyingFuckAboutPlastiziersPunkin

CheekyPeak Brewery 6.8kg CO2 bottle (Brew Mate)

You probably should edit this to look like my quote. Wouldn't want to see you stuff things up for yourself or others and you never know who's reading or where they or their brother/wife/mate works.

Removing Bottle Labels Experiment (with photos)

Typical forum behavoir eh? The OP said he had already read a myriad of posts and got all these opinions so did an experiment and documented it. (although he did leave out the sodium percarbonate that works very well) Then there's pages of replies that ignore the experiment and repost all the...

Cubes. What do you use and where do you get it?

It's important to size your cubes to your fermenter/packaging size. If you keg that means a final volume of 19-20l. This means that a 20l plasdene cube that holds 23-24l is perfect as the air can be squeezed out with say 22l in there and akkow for some trub in the fermenter and still get a full...
