I can't recall Broadside being that hoppy in character so you possibly don't get a great idea of what it can do, there is a first gold beer from Badger called First Gold which I seem to recall having the hops a bit more forward.

You need to sanitize it directly before you fill it up, put the sanitizer in while you get your **** ready, when your ready empty sanitizer and fill up with wort/kit with water. So your not really leaving it on the kitchen sink because as soon as the sanitizer comes out the wort goes in.

I have not tried the williams yet but it is a shame to read it is not quite 'crafty' enough so to speak as they do make some really great beer at the brewery including some of the countries best.
