Hi Hoppers I would like to start dry hopping into secondary, but have a slight problem. I ferment in a pail type fermenter, then transfer to a cube. The cube only has 2 25mm openings, so very hard to put a hop bag into it, so do I just hop at late primary or what. Normell

The supplied yeast is a true lager yeast, but only small amount, if you want to use this yeast it's better too use 2 sachets of it
