    would love to have that temperature I am in sydney where in summer it gets to 30 odd inside garage as I age my brew for 3 months it could carbonate in cold temperatures for a while do not brew in Dec , Jan , Feb

    I have an induction cooker which I use in the caravan I use the special pans to cook with , need a steel base I sometimes have a problem cooking a steak as the heat build up and the cooker turns off , error message ??? I do not thing a 1 hr boil would survive

    If you are adding yeast it will be alcoholic good tip buy some ginger beer essence from Woolies add 1 teaspoons of essence per bottle and one teaspoon of grated ginger or to taste gives it some zest

    I get mine from the Country Brewer at Prospect not far from you

    I store the bulk of my dry malt in 30 litre plastic containers and the rest in bags
