I use an arduino with Ethernet shield to send data to my web server running mysql. See my SIG. I also have more detailed logging pages including http://cobbersbrewery.com/Beer/DetailIndex.php in turned it off a yesterday so you might like to get a longer data set.

I would like to third the recommendation of not using rubber. Water running over a seal in a roofing application at low temperature is different to the rubber being completely submerged at high temperature. I think silicone is a better choice and it's not that pricey.

Mine is very slow. 8 days now and only down to 1.030 from 1.060. Its still got activity/ creamy stuff on top and when I took a sample it looks like it was in suspension.

You are right in that a PID is for predicting future temp rather than hiring a set point. The reason why they didn't put pid into this project is a lack of code space.

Did you know that they have not used the word zombie in the walking dead show? They all call them biters, walkers, dead, etc. Nobody thought of zombie! In WWZ i am not sure either, Some called them zeek others infected.
