    Force Carbing Kegs "the No Shake Method"

    that's where if you have enough kegs of beer, it doesn't matter if it takes a week, and generally I find 2 weeks in the keg at 0-1C makes a world of difference in the smoothness of the beer.

    fine if you like citrus flavours Domonsura :P some people on AHB find the idea of real citrus in beer very wrong, but use Bsaaz like a mofo!

    $68 for 48 stubbies. $2.50 for one stubby of CPA at a drive through. Cheaper if I got out of the car. Sparkles are usually a bit more expensive.

    PM The Drunk Arab! I think it was his Saison that I tasted a while back (courtesy of DrGonzo) and it was spectacular! One wine dude said "fu<king hell! I've heard about barnyard characteristics, but this is the first time I've smelled and tasted a whole freakin' barnyard!"

    i just did a pils and found that the best results seemed to have a bittering addition and possibly a flameout with very little or no flavour additions. Of course you can do what you wish with HB but if you're really trying to replicate a commercial beer, it may be worth considering.
