    You can change the input type on those REX-C100's to accept pt100

    just being pissed here, but what if you store it in an ethanol solution? What percentage would be needed after a filtration, backflush and sodium perc. soak to ward off any baddies?

    dubbadan, you'd probably need a ramp/soak pid like an auber. You can program the alarm/s to go off at different times / temps. Just connect your solenoid to the alarm output
