I've done it, back when i first started, not sure if it was lack of experience or dodgy practices or the aeration, but these beers never turned out great.

i'd say holesaw is your best option, a decent metal hole saw....or why dont you ring your local engineering shop and see if you can take the door off and into their shop. might be cheaper than buying the tools and you can assume they will do a good enough job of it. other options i guess ;)...

i just heated mine up with the oxy and bent it straight and spun it up on the lathe to get it running true....havent tried it yet :)
