    Its such a unique and beautiful yeast, don't give up on it after one fail. The stone fruit esters are killer.

    I have an Alt on tap at present that the aroma has lifted because of the glass significantly. And the SN Stout is crazy aromatic, just like wine glasses but made for beer! You rock Yob, Cheers!

    40l crown urn

    I have one which cuts out almost every brew, the only ones that don't are the low gravity beers. I think I'll get one of those cut out switches, I always have to do a scrape with the big plastic spoon to get it going again. I keep my urn spotless. Cheers for the info.

    It wont effect efficiency one bit if you ratio starts at 2.5l/1kg. I use brewers friend infusion calc and it gets close enough with my biab 40l urn.
