Crew... Just started using beersmith 2 (as opposed to beersmith1) and need some help.... I want my post boil vol to be 68L @ 1.060(4 x 17L cubes) I then add 12L's of water when i ferment the beers so my real batch size is 80L's at about 1.050ish and not 68L @ 1.060ish. Its doing my head in...

I wouldnt be doing that. We lost 1000 litres of beer at Kooinda one day when we did this. It was Black Saturday with all the fires. The pool would only chill the beer to 40c because thats what the pool water was. So we headed to the servo and brought 20 or 30 bags of ice that was apparently...

Jonos had my brewery since July 2015 to service/rebuild and improve it (Didnt think it could be improved anymore but when Jono is on the case how wrong i was!) ! Lucky i have had my trusty urn to brew a little bit on in the meantime. No such restrictions from the missus, she will take the kids...

Yep sure do. Fill cubes, tip them on their side to sanitize the space in the handle for 5 mins, then straight in the pool until they are cool. (Usually just on the deep step so the whole cube is not immersed and the top sticks out of the water.
