Cheers Have used Magnum a couple of times as a bittering addition and was amazed at how clean it was. I haven't tried Perle and a few others that I thought may be as smooth and clean but it's good to know you recommend Magnum as a top pick. :)

I would assume single in the least amount of time. Simply because of profit. If they really were worried about altering the flavour in the mash they could probably achieve this with different malts which would be cheaper than moving from single infusion. I really don't know but it will be...
