lactose is non fermentable mostly so it stops it from being completely dry, just added some to my cider for the first time. see how it goes...

can't help much either but what size is it? as the 50ltr me thinks requires more juice??

thanks guys, the minimill it is! should be in my hands in a few day's... gonna go the crank and see how i go seeing as i'm only doing 20 litres i prob need the exercise anyway. Guess I was scared it might take an hour to mill, thats all :P
