    She's a beast alright. You will find it won't want to drop out at normal temps. Keep an eye on the FG after 4-5 days maybe and cold chill for a while.if you can.

    How Much Did You Brew 2012?

    I brewed 26 X 40 ltr batches and it's all gone. That's 1040 ltrs or 2.8 ltrs a day. :chug:

    Boil Time

    With all due respect (and it is due IMHO) thats a whole lot of ******* about for nothing. Boil till after hot break and add first hop addition. That may be after 15 mins of boil, it may be after 5. Unless you are brewing a very specific target or for lagers, or god forbid a comp of some sort...

    I have heard of people cutting 2-3 cm off the bottom of the dip tube. That would hekp heaps. I was going to do it to mine when they're empty next.

    I can't beleive I'm saying this but are you sure you searched?? I don't care but surely the search feature isn't that farked. Anyways set your temp range to 0.5 and set the delay to 3 minutes (that's how long it will take to switch your fridge on once it reaches your set temp diff) I can't...
