Would it be ok to put two different beers into the swap?

I have done a similar sized batch (8lt) in a 15lt fermenter. It has been on for 14 days starting with 1.050SG, and for the last 3 days it has been sitting at 1.015SG. I used craft brewer dried cider yeast. Do I need to wait until it gets down to 1.000??? Cheers Ben

Ok so I have managed to find a source for some containers, 15lt cubes/pails are $9. 15lt will give you 21kg of honey. I have to purchase these in lots of 15. I am thinking a bulk buy would be the best bet for the honey, so I will start a thread tonight. I don't have time to look into freight...
