    Jalapeno Poppers From The Anhc

    Hi Merc I must admit I had a bunch of them at ANHC. they were awesome. One quick question I think from memory that you used pickled Jalapenos. Can you use fresh Jalapenos ? If so is the flavour milder, or are they hotter (Chilli wise). Do they need to be cooked for longer? Thanks BS

    I also did this once. It didn't have the flavour and character that it should have. I also noticed the beer had a real soapy head.

    Topaz Hopz - Source Or Substitute?

    I'm sure that The Brew Shop in Syd might have some. (Sponsor) I have had a try of a beer with some Topaz and it was quite nice. Never used it myself but hope to in the future. Apparently its has a high AA of about 14% from memory. Cheers

    I have seen the Doco and it just goes to show how much control the the big guys have from production to where they position there beers on the shelf. I'm just glad that they have NO control on what I can produce in my garage. Srew the big guys and long live the craftbrewer!!!

    Strange to hear the problems with Coopers. Ive been running the ATRs and they seem great and seem to be getting great mileage. I have a mate thats running more a road type cooper and he has had no probs. They have been used both on and of road. Cheers
