Below is what I use. Its the most recent Brisbane water report (which is over a yr old) and I only modify my mash water. Check out the podcasts from the brewing network on water if you havent. I cant remember where I got it from but below is apparently Dog Fish Heads water profile.

As long as you use the CPBF correctly it should last the life of the beer. Im using mine for bottling barley wines and they will be aged for years.
