    Sterilizing

It was affiliation with Keg King, that's for sure. Either themselves or someone on their payroll/benefiting from spruiking their taps. Hence the *****..

Link would be handy here. If it's there now, they've just put it up

    Fair enough, that makes sense.

Empty fridge space can and should be consumed by more kegs, keep that bottle out IMO.

My Keg Setup - need a review

Pressure leaks don't present themselves immediately, that's why they are so difficult to detect. Set a regulator to, say 80kPa, and close the gas bottle. If the regulator reads lower than 80kPA after 12hrs or so then CO2 has escaped the lines, either by achieving equilibrium with a keg (which is...

My Keg Setup - need a review

You can always tell if your gas line system is leaking; simply set your regulator to a desired pressure, disconnect any gas disconnects from their kegs, and close the valve on your gas bottle. Wait a few hours. The gauges on the gas bottle's regulator should not change over this period of time -...

My Keg Setup - need a review

No judgement was made, the point however is that there are alternate suppliers, don't forget them when suggesting sources of gear. We need those LHBS's and they rely to some degree on recommendations like yours being made with them in mind.

My Keg Setup - need a review

Control over individual gas lines, you can close them off as you need (and there is sometimes a need). I have a brand new Mustang for sale, only $12. It's not in stock though. See the problem there? Support our small businesses such as Hoppy Days, Brewman, Clever Brewing, Craftbrewer, National...

    New Kegland Grain Mill

How typical, someone points out the same patent issue but with KK instead of KL, guess who jumps in to defend them..

    Various temp reading fermenter

One other thing, especially in a freezer, install a fan to circulate air. A little 12V computer fan does the job.

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@KegLand-com-au thinking about getting these floating diptubes for my Kegmenters, but what temperature can the hose tolerate?

    Fermentasaurus Incontinance

Was only going to be a matter of time before he chimed in with some crap like this, any opportunity to take a *** at KL and compliment KK. It's very obvious that WEAL has a horse in the race and isn't being transparent about it. OT but relevant, this "new management" doesn't actually need to...

    Fermentasaurus Incontinance

That's still the Gen 1. They don't appear to be stocking the Gen 2 - seems to be KegLand exclusive

    Fermentasaurus Incontinance

I did, turned out I'd just not screwed it in place properly. After unscrewing and re-screwing it all worked fine. And I got to do some screwing so that's a plus.

Yup, costs a fraction of the price of either unit to set up BIAB. Feels great doing it yourself rather than buying a bespoke system. A good LHBS is a great source of advice in building them too.

I'm worried about people accidentally voiding their warranties, it's really not that difficult to comprehend.

Then it seems we both sound like a broken record. I've clarified this repeatedly. Customers buying a new Guten may read your comments re self-repair and take it upon themselves to do the same if they encounter this defect. You never mentioned warranty status in your posts, and in fact you...
