Cheers BD, No Centennial or Simcoe in it though mate, this is the Brew I put in the QABC(not specifically brewed for it) and scored about the same from memory and got 4th from 8... It was bottle conditioned and no finings were used, something I have to start doing but not a biggie for me ATM...

According to Mr Malty, you would need 1.6 packs of Wyeast on 10ltrs Wort or 1 package with a Starter for 10ltrs of Wort... ;) Then for the rest of the 30ltrs, Mr Malty states you would need 5.66 ltrs of Starter which you then would have already..... Give it a go if you want, its your brew...

Beerbouy, I think you answered your own Question mate... ;) Is your Bo-Pils in 2 Cubes? If its in 2, then just brew 1 and build a proper starter from your Wyeast pack for the 1 batch.... If you want to brew a whole 40 litres, you will need to build a monster starter to pitch and thats after...

Ive used actual Tea Balls from the Hospitality Supplier that are a little smaller than Ross's, I found the problem is the little catches on them aren't that great and can easily come undone and spill hops into the keg/block dip tube... <_< Might be best with a stocking Batz???? Bit more...

Best thing is to Crash Chill for 3 days and then filter, ive had **** luck with dry hopped beers and these things though... ;) :icon_cheers: CB

Tried Number 13 tonight which is jlm's HEF.... Nice beer, good flavour/esters, just thought it was undercarbed(was it bottled from keg or BC?) which accentuated its sweetness... Just needed more gas... ;) :icon_cheers: CB
