    Gday All Bout time I introduced myself rather than constant lurking behaviour ;) Name is Daniel, from Darwin, have been brew assistant for approx 2 years now to a mate also in Darwin (fleshy on this forum). Have never done a two (toucan) can brew, nor have I dipped a sock into BIAB methods...
