    Feral War Hog AG Clone

Haven't brewed this yet but was planning something along the lines of: Pale Ale & Carapils OG=1062. Mashed low. FG=1006 FWH = Warrior Combination of mosaic, citra, galaxy & cascade late (maybe riwaka too). IBU = 70 Really the trick is going to be trying to find the right hop combination for...

    CO2 Y-Splitter Aussie Supplier

Yeah same application for me Anthony, they seem to be common on some regulators I have seen so I assumed they would be readily available - apparently not! Looks like the following parts should do the trick...

Just a heads up for anyone in Melbourne who wants to try the real thing - Winedown in Carnegie have it along with the 8 & Blonde but be prepared to hand over $40 for the privilege. No affiliation etc. Also, just for the drool factor, my brothers (who live in Ireland) recently went to Belgium...

    Newbie cider maker

Congrats and get ready for the slippery slope! I too have some home made equipment for making cider from apples - I've been doing it now for about 6 years now so by no means an expert. Everyones equipment is different so I think you will find that you will just get into the swing of it as you go...

Nice. I really like the sound of this beer. Do you have any photos? Got a run-down of what you did to brew this beer?

Saison season is here. What's your best recipe?

I gave it a shot with the passion fruit in a can plus a dry hop of citra, mosaic & galaxy. It is delicious and unsurprisingly bursting with passionfruit aroma & taste. The sourness you get from a passion fruit works well with a saison but it also effects the mouthfeel somewhat. It's kind of got...

Former tenant red IPA - Modus Operandi

Actually I might just re-brew the 5am saint beer and change out the hops to cascade, mosaic & galaxy. I have a few heavier beers on the go at the minute so something less punchy might be the ticket.

Former tenant red IPA - Modus Operandi

Here is the recipe for 5am Saint by brewdog. It has the same grain bill minus the wheat and the chocolate. When you look at the order of the malts on the MO website, wheat and chocolate are last - a hunch but I reckon they order them by percentage used so you could adjust the 5am saint grain...
