    Fermenting Under Pressure

When doing beers of this magnitude, multiple health yeast cakes are required, if you have multiple pressure ferment vessels or are able to rack off used yeast and add fresh yeast in the same vessel.

    DIY Kegmenter

They do make the exact 2" tri fitting to do this, unfortunately all are from the states, advantage being a few of them do come with built in thermowell, one includes a spray fitting that would make cleaning a breeze. Let me know if you want links, note they'll cost more than your quoted $80. MJ

Has mash ph been an improvement for you?

To answer the OP No, but yes I know what it is, that is to say I don't know what it is in my mash , mainly due to controversy around PH meters: their cost; accuracy; and longevity; virginity; fragility (almost like having a wife:cool:). The fact most experienced brewers I know quit using...

TF MO is quality gear, if your brew isn't up to scratch; your process, gear or bloke in the mirror have fallen short. attention to detail beyond mash is essential to a good out come.

    2. Mardoo's stout. Low on carb high in flava. The boss described it as coffee and chocolate. For me nailed it and prolly a little too yummy as I went for a nanna nap not to long after. What a beaut beer I have a second of this and I'll be saving it for a night in front of the fire.

21B. I generally don't like saisons, maybe the one's I've tried have been brew too warm or something. This example was closer to what I'd want if I brewed one. Though slightly over on carb, there was a persistent lovely white head, dead clear on first pour beautiful light golden colour with...

    Using dried fruit in secondary

see now you've got me worried with big beers that I oak I generally throw the oak in with the 60ml (odd) of soaking spirit be that Bourbon, Rum, or whyskey. I have a batch sitting on oak in a keg I was going to throw a cake at as I thought she finished a little high. What are my chances?

Several places to get kits for these kegs, and prolly best to go right through the things if your fermenting in them.
