    Filtering after cold crashing. Do you bother?

    Interesting, I want. Will have to check it out in store perhaps. Edit: I filter all my beers after either Brewbrite or Polyclar and a week of 2°. But wouldn't mind eliminating that step.

    I started brewing because a few mates bought me a starter kit. With my aspergers tendency to know everything about a given subject it blossomed from there. It's as if they knew I would take it to this degree and supply them with good beer thereafter. Outsmarted by dimwits I've been.
