+1 I have four of them, I don't use the lids just cling -wrap and a big rubber band. The lids are only used for storage and shaking around sanitizer in my brewery. I can fit two in my all fridge fermenting fridges, they are much stronger than other options too. Also have the fancy taps. ;)

I have been going to buy a pH meter for a long time, then along comes one of these threads and scares the crap out of me. I have heard so many stories about cheap and expensive meters I have no idea what to get, and the fact I'm not that cashed up to buy a top of the wizzer.

I think this sounds great, you would need room for caravans, tents etc. Power to these would also help. Perhaps able stay a night or two more than the actual event.
