Agreed.. Transparency is great and all, but just give a date that gives you enough time to "get around to it"

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

Soz, have to chime in on this.. I enquired about this to KL and got a reply direct from Kee who sent me pics and pricing of the units they had. Indeed they looked totally different to the one sold today. Not sure why this is a big issue though as they never said that it was the one they would...

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

I would be interested in the seamer, cans, and bottle filler gun + power supply. Its a bit of a weird expense the power supply seeing as its required and there isn't a link to it on the cannular page.

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

Are there plans to stock other can types? 375ml what DazGore said ^^ also different lids? I would be interested in pulling the trigger on getting this machine but don't want to be 'locked' in to a specific can type being the current 500ml with full aperture. The smaller opening lids would be...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Agreed... I weigh everything that comes in, online or lbhs and have never had an issue.. Some of my recipes just happen to need 100g hops, i purchase 100g which i trust equal 100g.. Cheeky Peak, Daves, Hop & Grain, Random ebay sellers etc, no issue. 10%? I would be wanting to make that more...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Alrighty, A bit of KL criticism. TL;DR: Too much stuff out of stock or misleading on the site in terms of availability. Gets really frustrating when you have a cart full of stuff and the one thing you need to complete the whole package says its in stock on one page but in reality is out of...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Shoot a warranty request over to Kegland, mine seals perfectly, even without the screw in it.. There is probably a seal in there thats not quite right on yours.

Should I add pick up tube to my brew pot ?

Ive got the 91L Cheeky Peak pot and have an elbow pickup that hovers a couple mm from the bottom. Anything left below the tap still siphons out until about 0.5L - 1L (plus whatever the hops absorb) which is left behind. see pic below of pickup (during lautering through whirlpool port) A good...

Is chill in fermenter really that bad ?

My personal preference would be just to get a chiller.. For the price of 3 cubes from bunnings... https://www.kegland.com.au/wort-heat-exchanger-counterflow-chiller.html Throw it in the fridge to pull it down the rest of the way and pitch an hour or two later..Your then done and dusted for the day.

    Keg carbonation

Not sure why you need to disconnect during the carbonation period, your essentially performing a "set and forget" carbonation but with more work.. Is there a limit on the number of gas lines you have to attach 100% of the time? The beer will only carb up to 12psi and no more hence why most...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

I have a stainless liquid all lock disconnect that i cleaned the other day... Unfortunately I lost the seal that sits in between where the disconnect screws apart at some point (only noticed when beer was leaking all down the keg). Anyone know if i can get a replacement without buying the...

    Pimp My TapKing

woodynet, I generally set my mini reg to 10psi or the first notch on the gauge. Anything higher than than gets a bit too foamy. Experimentation is key with the mini reg as it took me a while to find the right pressure. Also if have found that it takes around 5 mins for the reg to equalize...

    Pimp My TapKing

I found the pack online.. Its the middle fitting at the top. I attached it to the reg with some thread tape and an O ring to seal. http://www.bunnings.com.au/project-air-inflation-nozzle-adaptor-pack-_p6270249 That was just an easy solution i found, there are other fittings around but this one...
