    Selling Homebrew Legally

I'm pretty sure wort falls through the cracks of food regulations also, of course there is a risk with no chill wort and storing wort for long periods with very low levels of oxygen that you grow Clostridium botulinum and poison people with toxin.

    Grain storage strategy

Do you have a local brew club/ association/union...? Buy in bulk through them, 1/2 sacks and 1/4 sacks are normally possible by sharing. Plastic pails or drums are good as you can stack them. If you don't want the grain in contact with plastic you can put fabric liners in.

    220 year old Shipwreck Yeast

The thing that p.ssed me off was the campaign saying it's a 220 yr old beer, typical JS trying to manufacture their credibility. They always have some angle.

    220 year old Shipwreck Yeast

I know it sounds old, the whole thing was a bit of marketing for James Squires, considering many breweries in Europe having been using the same yeasts for longer than 220 yrs .

    Kveik yeast

How long does the Phosphoric Sanitiser concentrate last

The problem with the bottle these sanitisers come in is the top of the lid can break off and then air can deteriorate the sanitiser. I put glad wrap over the top. With the testing, a pH meter is probably worth buying.

    Australian SS Conical Fermenters?

draakken , taking the argument to the extreme length , is that coming from an industry point of view given you have just joined ? I think if you call yourself a manufacturer in an industry , then the most important element is the assembly or making of the product where that happened. In my...

    Australian SS Conical Fermenters?

What they do is import it from China then fix up the welding and add outlets on and make it look really nice then bung Made in USA on it. It isn't very honest but there is a critical size factor of the fermenters where it isn't economical for them to make it in the USA. Like car manufacturing ...

    Australian SS Conical Fermenters?

Grain and grape in Melbourne have German made SS fermenters , some aren't pressure rated though. Furphy engineering in Victoria manufacture fermenters. They will be expensive. SS Brewtech fermenters are made in China also. Spike are probably also made in China.

What really ***** me is this was predicted to happen eventually , we spend billions on our military , billions on insurance of all kinds and Governments around the world hadn't planned for this.
