    Keg Transfer Made Easy...

And use the largest diameter liquid line you have, ie 6 mm or 8mm. An 8mm liquid line has double the radius of a 4mm line and so the flow will be 16 times greater. Although the other narrow openings such as posts and diptubes are checkpoints, they will be fixed in either a narrow tube or wider...

    2. The Series X has larger evaporator, radiators/condeser, better air movement and these factors result in a fridge that is more electrically efficient and will save you more than 10% on your power bill. The small difference in price between the Series X and Series 4 means the Seriex X will pay...

    Damn Good Stout recipes

Tonic water bottles at 200 ml are great for very high gravity beers. Thomas Hardys ale used to be in a very small bottle as well as a pint bottle.

    Old fridge into a kegerator

You can fit a bulkhead gas post thru the side of the fridge then put your gas cylinder on that. Saves opening fridge more space in fridge and it works well. I pressure ferment so my kegs I fill with conditioned beer and don't force carb.

    Damn Good Stout recipes

Welcome Worth a look at this for some solid baltic porter advice. Temperature control will be important on your ferment ( as it's traditionally a bottom fermented lager yeast) and a good starter if high gravity planned. A lot of good info on that youtube channel for many aspects of brewing.

Or get a fridge with the cooling radiator on the back then get your 20mm spade drill out and go for it. Few other techniques to find side of fridge lines. I favour the flir camera. But caution even with that after breaching either skin in the fridge or freezer and poke around to find the lines...

If DDH then I put the second lot in when I have let temp fall to 14 celsius which is usually about 3 or 4...

    RAPT fridge...I bought 1....Review

FWIW ferment fridge, with a Fermentasaurus in, heat belt, brewpiless, probe on outside just under some insulation at the " stand height " on the FS and a probe measuring air temp. Supplementary Ispindel ( so floating higher than the beer temp probe is positioned ). I see a tiny variance in beer...

    RAPT fridge...I bought 1....Review

Do you get a certificate with every Rapt purchase ? " Congratulations you're an Alpha tester " If the fan isn't on most of the time you will get a thermocline developing in the fridge. The reading will be more stable at the sensor but not necessarily across the whole height of the fridge.
