G'day Hoppy, Thanks for the comment - to be quite honest I have no idea about any malt characteristics. I simply played around with the spreadsheet until I got what I wanted. With the predicted FG coming to 1010 I wouldn't have expected too much sweetness? But then again, I am just guessing...
