Shame theres no pics... Inside might have the kegerator in one corner and a second hand 50L Braumeister sitting in the middle.... Thatd be about $5000 all up. :fallingoffchair:
Have you rung the local police station and had a chat to the licencing officer? Theyd be able to say yes or no since they comment on all licence applications.
Never carbed one and tried it... but have sampled a couple of flat ones and they were feral. They were made with DME though, actual wort might be better,
Never used them, but just bought a pack as I usually have half a dozen or so bottles left over after filling a keg. I thought they would be far easier than measuring 4 odd grams of dextrose for each bottle and mucking about pouring it in. I dont think they impact flavour... I believe they are...
Another NBN rant...
Our net has been ridiculously slow for the past couple of nights, I just ran a speed test which gave 5.9mbps because the kids Netflix kept buffering. I rang Telstra and their response was "Would you like to transfer to a SLOWER plan?" WTF?!?! If I wanted slow I wouldnt be on...
I could throw a rock and almost hit the Badlands building from where I live! Their beer isn't bad, but I agree with the contract beers being better than their own brews. Haven't had it in a while to test again though. I think it's pretty hard to catch the brewer there too. Give Two Heads a visit...
If you only added them last night, wait another day or two and they should sink. I've never only dry hopped for 12 odd hours. If you cold crash, this will drop most of it out too.
I have an ITC-308 and an ITC-310. I originally got the 310 because of the extra features of time at temp but have never used it, so when it was time to get a second, I saved some money and got the 308. I find different yeasts and brews take varying times to reach FG so its easier to just monitor...
I just got a 3.78L keg with the double ball lock spear. The taps ok and you can control the flow with the reg. The only issue I have is that it drips a fair bit once the pour stops. Its definately not as good as the Intertaps I have with my kegerator.
I just got this email and was pretty ****** at the news. Call me cynical, but there's very few craft breweries that still made good beer after a multinational buy out. At some point, cost cutting takes precedence.
