    80% pilsner 20% brown rice Aim for 4.5-5% alc Mash at 64c for 90min 90min boil 20ibu at 90min Whirlpool addition and dryhop. Ferment with w34/70 at 17c. Will be similar to 2 brothers kungfu.

    Yeast will ferment away the sugar assuming you are making candy type caramelized orange and not grilling it or something. In the process you will probably cook off all the flavours of the orange you normally try and get into the brew. Worth a try though, I'm probably wrong.

    Lol and no. Do you even have something to test for voltage? It's not a car you can't just look at it for damage. Are all your components rated at 230v?

    You said it, in sealed fermenters this is true. If you want zero oxygen, you need to fill the vessel with a liquid and seal it. Then push the liquid out with co2 and not open it. Spraying co2 down the diptube is going to do SFA.

    Ive done container work unloading cartons of V. There was a prick who use to crack open bottles and drink half and then put it back in the box.
