If you only have 60g of the pellets then I'd be adding the lot. Personally, I think it should be closer to double that (or more). I dry hopped my last session IPA with 55g galaxy pellets, 40g Amarillo pellets and 40g Chinook flowers (dried) for 135g total and while it was very good, it still...

I recently did a 4.2% Session IPA with MO, Wheat and 10% Medium Crystal (gladfields). Probably my favourite beer yet.

Got back from holidays yesterday after two weeks away, so it had been in the keg lagering for 3 weeks, on the gas for 2. Had to give it a try and then I will leave it for another 2 weeks before getting stuck in. Pretty happy for a first attempt!

It's absolutely atrocious. Why would you even launch a recipe creator that doesn't adjust IBU dependant on hop stand calculations? I did a test run and got 7 IBU for a 30min hopstand and then 0 IBU for the 0min additions. Riiiiight. I'll stick to beersmith ;)

I've never tried this beer, but judging by the description on the website, I would remove the early galaxy and mosaic. I wouldn't even do any early additions. Maybe some cascade at 20 to up the IBU, then a shitload of cascade, galaxy and mosaic at flameout with just galaxy and mosaic for dry hop.

I did my first yeast harvest on my last beer - a pilsner using WLP802 Budejovice Lager yeast. It was extremely easy, but potentially because there was no dry hopping. I didn't do any of the boiling jars, I just boiled and cooled about 2L of water and sanitised the clean jars. 1. Rack beer off...

Off topic again, but how does that beer fair against the 4 pines? One of my favourite beers and I'd love to brew it.

I actually had the pilsner at the balter brewery and my first thought was it tasted like a Carlton draught.........
