Amen! I've sadly only used Nelson and Wakatu, and have tasted a beer with Pacific Jade. I love Nelson but Wakatu wasn't my favourite. It wasn't bad but not the best comparatively to other noble varieties. Pacific Jade I could see being a staple but I'd need to try it myself first.

same as rdevjun and kev. cut a piece of silicon hose purely for this purpose. I've been using the same one for 2 years. a rinse, a spray with starsan and it's great.

i've used M20 twice and had great experiences both times. mine fermented a bit lower, at 19c and 20c respectively so next time I'll increase it a bit more to push the banana. I still got it at those temps but it was restrained.

just in case it hadn't been asked, are you making sure the wort leaving the GF is slowed? dial back the valve on the side.
