    Beer Fridge Question

Jase, how are your seals? I had a similar problem with a fridge which didn't seal properly. Check to see wether they are cracked/hard. Close the door on a piece of a4 paper and if you can easily pull the paper through, might be your problem. Could be what it is if the freezer still works. new...

    Brew Stand

Roach, I am in the same boat as you. I have seen some old shelving - like what Batz is using at Paramount Browns on Cavan Rd. I haven't asked a price yet as I need to borrow a ute or a car with towbar so haven't been too bothered moving gear around. Maybe give them a call or drop on down. It's...

I had the same problem yesterday morning with a Hefewiezen. In the morning nothing much had happened to the starter. The date of the original pack was about the same as yours, and the starter made from a stored split of the original pack. I went ahead and brewed anyway as I had to go to work...

    Help With My Starter Please

In my experience, all your procedures and the effect sound fine. Personally, I would split the starter into about 4 sanitised stubbies (put them in the fridge for next time), and step up the remainder in the flask. Now that you have activity, it wont take long for the yeast to multiply so the...
