    Yes, i tweaked to what i had, but used a basic ipa extract base i had. I am like your self, i will see how thing one tastes and move onto another. Thus the thread to see what but also everone elses exp. Cheers

    Yes i know what you mean, i just used the assumption of start 60min, Mid, 30min and late at either 10min or less, i put mine in at flame out and ill probably dry hop too, as i love Citra.

    Much appreciated. I havent got magnum but ill see what else i can sub in. As for citra that is the hard hop to get for me. But i have enough for this. 1 pack is from 2014 harvest but been sealed and frozen. Hope itdoesnt fail on me. Appreciate the input!

    Hi all, I have done a small batch for my 1st AG brew, its only 8lts. i was going to bottle it but i really cannot be bothered ATM. Am i able to put this in a Corny keg (19lt) and still charge it? Is it the same process or less due to the volume? Thanks in Advance Fendercaster

    Looks interesting. Im going to have to keep posted on this. My next project will be an Imperial IPA or double IPA. Ive read that you need to get your hop bill right. (Styles together) and constant, regular additions through the boil.

    Also went to The cheese place on bruny island. There beers were well put by dane, i did not like them much at all. I did a taster but didnt buy another. Not worth it for me, mind you the guy next to me loved them so all personal really.
