One of the reasons ive moved away from pellets.

I used to use mainly pellets. Now i use a combo of chips and small chunks. You can get some stuff at green shed but bbq galore have a much better selection and price is good.

You can also get chalkboard pens with liquid chalk. Might be easier to apply and remove.
