    Could be brettanomyces/wild yeast infection, if it's a brewhouse infection it could be difficult to isolate and get rid of. More details of process would help others to offer advice

    Seems you're right they are a bit thinner, ill weigh mine tonight after I drink it. If it can hold enough pressure for a coopers brew it should be fine to bottle with as long as you prime appropriately, id be interested to know what the other major breweries bottles are weighing in at
