    I've made this as a partial before with a can of coopers LME and 400 g of LDME. I've subbed those for more marris and reduced the hop additions for larger boil volume. Any thoughts? It was good as a partial but I'm not sure if I'm missing something. HOME BREW RECIPE: Title: Awesome Recipe...

    I read up on it a bit at some stage because I wanted to sterilise bottles in the microwave.. easier than ******* around with frothy liquid! and apparently it water needs to be present for the microwaves to heat and sterilise.. I think it;s sience

    When I poor the wort out of the cube I leave the last litre or two, the rest is crystal clear. You can easily just make a higher gravity wort and water it back those few liters if you like.

    I thought these threads were supposed to help people? I'm not interested in hearing the back and forth, start another thread for that! I'm interested in making great beer, I have all the tools to do that (some of which might be infected..) I'll find out for sure on the weekend when some more...

    porter 1.012 IPA Yeah thanks manticle. I'm not the kind of guy to take things slow.. but I do feel the water chem could be a big help and would love to know what you guys are doing to it.. I would like as much assistance as possible!
