    Gents You can do it i have just made up my new mash tun (false bottom) stainess mesh coper tube. the trick is use silver solder rods. it will handle the temp easy. only problem is the rods are more$$$$ but it works cheers App

    everything i've read so far is in favour of it, i just don't want to spoil a beer. i would rather drink it cloudy and still have those yummy hop flavours and aroma's.

    I would say as long as it is steady (same fg) over 2 days your ok. most of my brew finish 1.006 to 1.012 cheers

    same yeast that comes with Kit which is larger yeast. brewing under house and it is always same temp about 14/15/16 deg. bloke at LHBS said that larger yeast is better in cooler temp?
