    WTB: Font taps

Font might be a stretch, more stainless tube with 3 holes and a bolting flange. Haven't measured the holes but just wanted to see what anyone wanted to offload and then I'll work out a way to fit them. As for location, I'd hoped Melbourne and suburb would be enough but will add state for...

    WTB: Font taps

Hi all, After some font taps for a cheapy font I managed to get my hands on. Happy to take a font too if someone wants to get rid of the lot. Looking for 3 taps but just interested to see if anyone is trying to get rid of any. Cheers, Andrew

MELB: Freebies in Ivanhoe - 80L olive barrel + bottle capper

Hi all, Nothing exciting here like mini kegs :( I've got one of the big olive barrels (80 L??) that I converted for a portable keg esky. I used it a couple of times but now it's just taking up space. It fits a 19L keg plus ice inside buckets, then inside barrel to add an air buffer. Lid then...

FS Melb: Urns, fridge, fermenters, bottle capper - garage clear out

Haha, yeh just a bit of scum, needs a soak and will be fine. It was pissing me off from the last brew and decided it didn't deserve a proper soak. Welcome to have a look first if you want. If I get some time I'll give it a good clean. Crowmanz - roadtrip and it's yours.

    Carwyn cellars today

Keen to check out this place sometime, I assume it's staying open after GBW? Sours can always be a bit hit and miss for me, what's worth trying?

    Keg bulk buy

Hi, thanks again for organising this. I put in an order for 1 x 19L and 1 x 9L, but it's only showing 1 x 19L. I also paid for both so hopefully it's no problem to correct the order. PM me know if any issues.

    Good Beer Week Gala Showcase

I went along last year, massive value compared to others I've been to, I didn't even get through all my tokens. Great chance to chat to some of the brewers and let them top up your glass : ) Going Wed this year, could be in a bit of trouble on the Thurs...

    Portable single keg set-up

It's all about the bling I'm sure this looks a tad familiar for Surly, but tbh the white looks pretty nice and hopefully keeps a bit of heat off.

    Portable single keg set-up

Walk around bunnings and a few other hardware/scrap places and find a bucket that's just a tad bigger, cut off most of it and should do the trick.

    Portable single keg set-up

Yeh that's a nice setup. I'm gonna make a second lid for the buckets to access the keg directly, then run a line through the walls to the side of the barrel so I'm not touching the tap all the time. The buckets are sticking up through the lid so that'll hold them in place, I reckon once I have...

    Portable single keg set-up

Small trolley would be a good idea, might be able to mount the cylinder to it too. Gonna be a bulky thing by the end of it. Unless you know someone or somewhere to pinch it from, PVC pipe big enough is tricky to find without buying at least 3 metres of it for $300+. 2 old buckets is a cheap...
