I haven't attempted a RIS in the Grainfather yet, but based on what I've read, it would either require an addition of DME to the boil, or a reduced final volume to compensate for the 9kg grainbill limitation. Has anyone tried brewing a RIS in a Grainfather yet? Keen for any recipes, hints/tips...

I had wondered about that, have read threads about kettles sealed with cling wrap overnight ending up that way.

Thinking of investing in a SS brewbucket & wondering if I could no-chill the wort in the bucket overnight, rather than a HDPE cube, without too many issues. Anyone doing this already? Any issues around oxidation? It seems to have a fairly good seal from what I've read/watched on youtube.

Can't speak for the beers, but the missus loves the ciders. Have done both the 'Apple' and the 'Peach & Passion' varieties, much better than Blackrock can I tried previously. As per previous comments, a bit pricey, but very simple & a pretty good finished product imo.
