    from my experience with them and i have heaps of them with fishtanks and fermenters. they usually arent terribly accurate. but i havent seem one more than 2 degrees out.

    i did this not too long ago, when i was following a recipe for a belgian trippel. i used a pinch of acidic acid to invert it, if i remember correctly. also from memory you have to be very careful with your heating temperatures, otherwise what you have may come out different to what you expect...

    thanks for the reply manticle. i didnt change my width today, and the drill was damn near smoking! i am a little too lazy to adjust my gap as aswell, but i guess thats probably the only solution.

    Hi Guys, crushing wheat always makes my drill struggle. I was just curious, do you guys change the roller width for wheat, or leave it as is? I am thinking about next time mixing the wheat in my grain bill with something else before crushing it. Any tips?
