    I've only racked one brew to secondary, and notice that it seems to have taken a lot longer to carbonate once bottled... any tips on what that's about? Do I need to alter my carbonation sugar dosage? Or did I botch something else?

    I brewed this one about 8 weeks back, my first one racked to secondary. Brewed with about 800g light dry malt and 300g dex, and I think I overdid the malt a bit. Fermented @ 22-25 deg C, so maybe a little high there too. Mine was certainly a different colour to anything I'd brewed previous...

    Made this one as my second ever... best drinking was after 2-3 months in the bottle for mine. I've gotten hold of a second fermenter, so I think I'll rack into that for an extra week or so next time I do the cerveza.
