    Apple and blackcurrant cider

    I did a similar brew a few months back, went down to 1.004, it sat for a month then I bottled.. Finished with a nice taste but is getting better as it ages..

    My first batch using Aldi juice took a bit over 2 weeks finish up.. I left it another 2 as I didn't have time to bottle it.. Came out fine, I still have bottles left aging and it's getting better with time..

    I did similar not long ago, small 5 litre batch. I left in the fermenter for about 6 weeks by which time most if the yeast had dropped to the bottom.
